§ 397-17. Proceeds from sale of vehicles at auction.

All proceeds received from an auction or sale of vehicles in storage, pursuant to this chapter, shall be deposited with the City Treasurer. In the event the proceeds from such auction or sale shall be insufficient to pay the accrued towing and storage charges, the City shall not be liable. The licensee shall accept such limited proceeds as full payment.
